Question:   When routing a budget revision form to an approver by e-mail with the completed form as an attachment, do I scan in the department head\'s signature prior to sending it to the V.P. for signature?
 
Answer:  The approvals for the budget revisions would also be via email.  You would send an email to the approver with the Budget Revision as an attachment; the approver will approve by email and then either return the email to you or forward to ambud@ttu.edu (Budget office) indicating their approval on the email.
