Should I make notes in the comments section of the ePAF when I end a job due to a transfer to another department?

Category: ePAF

Question:  Should I make notes in the comments section of the ePAF when I end a job due to a transfer to another department?

Answer:  Yes, when you are ending an appointment of an employee who is transferring to a new department it is recommended you make a note where the employee is transferring in the comments section of the ePAF.

Making notes in the comment section does not negate the requirement of an ePAF to begin the new job for the employee in the new department.
