How do I fix my wireless keyboard when it loses connection?

Answer: 

Press the blue button on the side of the Bluetooth USB Receiver.
  • The Receiver will be found:
    • on the side of the monitor
    • in the USB port on the front of the computer OR
    • in the back of the computer USB port

Press the button on the bottom of the keyboard beside the on/off switch.

  A popup box for the wireless Bluetooth should appear.
  • On the lower left, select button "Connect to another device"
  • Click next - it will search for new devices
  • Double-click on keyboard image when you see it
A popup box with "numbers" at the bottom should appear
  • Using the keypad on the wireless keyboard, key in the exact numbers showing
  • The box will disappear
In a few seconds, click the windows key (flag button) between the CTRL and ALT keys on your wireless keyboard.  If the keyboard is working, this will activate the start button on the lower left side of the monitor screen.
