I can not access a Banner Form; what are the security levels on a Banner Form?
Security levels are determined by each employee’s specific job duties and responsibilities.
Forms are set as Update, Query, or Denied Access.
With all Banner Systems (Student, Finance, or Human Resource) only the appropriate forms that are required or needed to perform your specific job duties and responsibilities will be on your security level.
Update: Update means you have been given permission to update data on the form.
- If you see a [Q] beside the banner form name at the top; then you only have Query access only and are not allowed to update any information on that form.
