What are Employee One-time Payments (EOPS)?

One-time payments are miscellaneous or occasional payments to a current employee, not for regular job duties or regular paychecks.   Read about the Employee One-time Payments and 4 other categories of employee pay in the “Forms of Employee Pay " on the AFISM Resources webpage:

These one-time payments are entered online in the Employee One-time Payment System (EOPS).  When the payment is approved, it will be added to the employee\'s next regular paycheck (or direct deposit).

A monthly Overview is available in the SumTotal Class schedule.
